Georgia Artwork will assemble invitation suite, stamp envelopes, place assembled suite into envelopes, seal envelopes, and mail your suites directly to your guests. Any remaining extras will be mailed to you. Domestic forever stamps included. International postage available for an additional fee.

Georgia Artwork will assemble the suite with the selected embellishments. Please inquire about ribbon color/type/tie design prior to purchase to confirm your desired ribbon assembly is included. All items will be packaged for self-assembly. Vellum jacket will arrive scored and folded for you to easily slide onto your suite. Wax Seals will come with double-sided adhesive stickers for you to stick and peel (unless otherwise requested). Please inquire about wax seal color and design prior to purchase. MINIMUM INVESTMENT FOR COMMISSIONED ARTWORK: A minimum investment of $1,000 (before tax + shipping) is required for this custom listing. For example, if the subtotal cost of this listing is $800 (before tax + shipping), then you need to purchase additional items to reach the minimum or purchase a credit to be used for future printed stationery items (thank you cards, menus, place cards, or other weekend of wedding items).

2/13/2024 Contract is signed, order is placed via website listing, and payment is received
2/16/2024 Client to provide text for invitation suite in this template Google Document and any screenshots or names of preferred font designs and ink color preferences
2/25/2024 Client to provide all guest addresses formatted in a Georgia Artwork excel template
3/15/2024 Georgia Artwork to provide digital mockups of the Invitation Suite
3/17/2024 Invitation Suite Design is finalized
3/18/2024 Georgia Artwork to match address printing design to match the suite design
3/21/2024 Client to sign final go-to-print proof review document
3/30/2024 Anticipated package delivery to client and/or suites in mail to guests (if assembly/direct mail is purchased)

PROJECT TIMELINE USING PORTFOLIO ARTWORK (NO COMMISSION): Standard production, printing, and shipping typically will take 5 weeks from the date of purchase. Rush orders are available for an additional $150.

ADDRESS PRINTING: The recipient’s address is printed on the front of the envelope and the return address is printed on the back flap on the envelope. Addresses are printed in colored or black ink on white or light-colored envelopes. Addresses are printed in white ink on all dark-colored envelopes.
