*$1,750 Minimum investment is required for all custom watercolor projects with two unique pieces commissioned. A minimum quantity of 30 is required. Please order in increments of 10. Please see the description section at the bottom of the page for more details.*

Please note insert cards would either utilize preexisting artwork or new artwork would need to be commissioned separately
Hand-painted watercolor paintings based off any of the mockups emailed or in the reference image used in the listing photo.
Georgia Artwork will fold gatefolds to lay flat, place any inserts inside the gatefold, add any embellishments (if purchased), stamp envelopes, place assembled suites into envelopes, seal envelopes, and mail your suites directly to your guests. Any remaining extras will be mailed to you. Domestic forever stamps included. International postage available for an additional fee.
Georgia Artwork will assemble the suite with the selected embellishments. Please inquire about ribbon color/type/tie design prior to purchase to confirm your desired ribbon assembly is included. Please inquire about wax seal color/design prior to purchase. Custom wax seal designs available for an additional fee.
Credit to be used on future printed items only (cannot be used for artwork commissions)

MINIMUM INVESTMENT: A minimum investment of $1,750 (before tax + shipping) is required for this custom listing. For example, if the subtotal cost of this listing is $1,500 (before tax + shipping), then you need to purchase additional items to reach the minimum or purchase a credit to be used for future printed stationery items (thank you cards, menus, place cards, or other weekend of wedding items).

PROJECT TIMELINE:

2/6/2024 The contract is signed, custom listing order is placed, and payment is received
10/5/2024 client to provide text for invitation suite in this template Google Document and any screenshots or names of preferred font designs and ink color preferences
10/15/2024 client to provide all guest addresses formatted in a Georgia Artwork excel template
10/30/2024 Georgia Artwork to provide digital mockups of the Gatefold Invitation Suite
11/4/2024 Invitation Suite Design is finalized
11/6/2024 Georgia Artwork to match address printing design to match the suite design
11/9/2024 Client ro sign final go-to-print proof review document
11/20/2024 anticipated package delivery to client

CUSTOMIZATIONS: Customize your font type, font color, and text layout. The mockups in the listing photo show the reference images that will be used for the hand-painted watercolor artwork.

GATEFOLD SUITE OPTIONS:
Option 1: Gatefold + Envelope
Option 2: Gatefold + Insert Card + Envelope
Option 3: Gatefold + Larger Insert Card + Smaller Insert Card + Envelope

GATEFOLD SIZE: Gatefolds are 5×7 when folded and 10×7 when open or lying flat (other sizes are also available upon request).

Smooth or Textured White 110lb Cardstock

COLORED ENVELOPES (CLICK IMAGE TO ENLARGE):

ADDRESS PRINTING: The recipient’s address is printed on the front of the envelope and the return address is printed on the back flap on the envelope. Addresses are printed in colored or black ink on white or light-colored envelopes. Addresses are printed in white ink on all dark-colored envelopes.

GATEFOLD ASSEMBLY: Gatefolds are packaged scored, but not folded. Please select the gatefold assembly upgrade if you’d like for your gatefold invitations to ship folded to lay flat.
